The product in detail
Red Carpet Wool & Natural Fiber Cleaner is a concentrate for wool and other explicitly compatible fibres. The catalogue describes a gentle cleaner and lists cotton, wool and synthetics. Checking dyes, backing and wetting remains essential before cleaning a delicate rug.
Lifts soil from compatible fibres. Stop treatment if dye transfers or the fibre changes appearance during the test.

Surfaces and compatibility
For carpet and textiles that permit wet cleaning and the selected detergent. Check fibres, dyes, backing, adhesive and extractor attachments.
The catalogue uses the word neutral while listing pH 8.0. Compatibility with a fibre family does not approve every dye, backing, fringe or adhesive in an individual rug.
Preparation and use
Confirm both fibre and backing tolerate wet cleaning. Test for dye transfer on a white cloth, then use the label dose and method.
- Vacuum thoroughly and treat spots with a compatible method.
- Check dilution, maximum temperature and filling instructions on the label and machine manual.
- Test colour and backing. Measure the amount of solution required.
- Make the specified injection and recovery passes while limiting wetting.
- Follow any rinsing, complete drying and final vacuuming requirements.
Follow the supplied reference’s label and SDS, plus flooring and machine instructions. Do not mix products. The method guidance below complements manuals and does not set a dilution or contact time missing from them.
Care and storage
Empty and rinse tanks and the circuit as directed by the extractor manual. Remove fibres from the tool. Keep traffic off the area while it dries and check for sticky residue.
Limits and things to check
Do not transfer dosing instructions between products. Detergent cannot make a textile suitable for wet cleaning. Drying also depends on backing, water loading and ventilation.
Equipment, accessories and options
Extractor and tool approved for the textile, white test cloth and measuring device.
